Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Accounting Manager to provide comprehensive accounting support directly to the Controller. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting administrative experience and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations while assisting with higher-level accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Oversee payroll preparation and processing
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and complete account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with maintaining and optimizing accounting systems and software
• Collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Provide additional accounting support as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AP, AR, payroll, and bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations and the month-end close process
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work directly and collaboratively with leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
